This article is written in American English, which has its own spelling conventions (color, defense, traveled) and some terms that are used in it may be different or absent from other varieties of English. According to the relevant style guide, this should not be changed without broad consensus.
This account has a history of adding nonsense "facts" (names, birthdates, casualty figures etc). I would revert them entirely, but there have been other edits by other users, making it difficult. Someone should look at this user's edits they made a lot and not assume anything they wrote is accurate without verification. -- GreenC17:41, 23 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
