Judge title in Kentucky

I want to add a note to clarify revert and why I did it. There was a recent edit to the page changing Jim Townsend to Renee Williams as the Judge Executive. The title Judge Executive isn't a court judge but the main administrator of the county with the magistrates as counsel memebers. Renee Williams is the District Judge, an actual court judge. Pro-Confederate?

I am from the next county south of Webster County (Hopkins Co.) and I may be wrong but Webster county was in the portion of the state that was still part of the Union. The Confederate controlled portion (whose capitol was Bowling Green) did not include the north-western parts of the state. I am unsure about the skirmishes that were referred to but it is believeable due to the 3 skirmishes that took place in this county during the war.
