The result of the debate was 4 Merge, 2 Keep, 4 delete. The consensus seems to be merge, but there is no article to merge to at the moment. -- AllyUnion (talk) 17:05, 4 Mar 2005 (UTC)
One of 195. Didn't even make the cut down to 44. RickK 07:33, Feb 25, 2005 (UTC)
- One of the popular ones, like Leroy Wells, who also has a page here that has been safe since early February. I would suggest merging them both into "notable Season 4" appearances under the American Idol topic or something, which is what I was trying to do. I still don't have a hang of this system... - Badgers07 I'm not opposed to keeping, like Megan suggested, either. I personally don't find it a bad idea to have well-known, popular American Idol contestants on here.
- Keep, but with reservations. Article needs expansion. Megan1967 08:37, 25 Feb 2005 (UTC)
- Merge, concur with Badger. Radiant! 09:36, Feb 25, 2005 (UTC)
- If anyone gets a page, it's Mary Roach. -- Riffsyphon1024 09:41, 25 Feb 2005 (UTC)
- Merge and Redirect or, failing that, just delete Andrew Lenahan - Starblind 14:56, Feb 25, 2005 (UTC)
- Merge and Redirect as per Starblind. There's just so freakin' many idol contestants, we really have to scrutinize who established notablity and who had a nice voice for their 15 minutes of fame. --InShaneee 17:56, 25 Feb 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. Just another contestant. Even the runners up are getting less and less notable these days. -R. fiend 01:27, 26 Feb 2005 (UTC)
- Merge and redirect - David Gerard 13:52, 26 Feb 2005 (UTC)
- Keep. The Recycling Troll 09:43, 1 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. Not one of the final 12. Gamaliel 05:26, 2 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. Does not meet the very liberal WikiProject Music/Notability and Music Guidelines. —Korath (Talk) 06:13, Mar 2, 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. Her 5 minutes of fame are over. Wile E. Heresiarch 15:27, 3 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Delete, not even remotely notable enough for an encyclopedia. —Stormie 13:33, Mar 4, 2005 (UTC)
