dont think that the fair use bit is accurate - my understanding is that fair use is a copyright term and is nothing to do with Trademarks
In fact using the trademark formally in any formal way would be passing off and therefore prohibited.
Hopwever I don't really know much about copyright and trademark law so am relucatnt to edit it as I could be wrong. MrWeeble 00:22, 27 Dec 2003 (UTC)
