Why is Triplodine combined with PseudoEphedrine in many tablets, instead of newer antihistamines that cause less drowsiness?

Triprolidine and allergic cough
[edit]Triprolidine definitely can help allergic cough. This article is almost empty. Can anyone add that please? I've been coughing all day and it helped me. Noam111g (talk) 03:19, 10 November 2023 (UTC)
