As this aims for science, not for fiction, try a search on scholar.google.com: [2]. Ooops. Three pages, some already dead, nothing new for eight years. This is a dead concept which had had its five minutes of fame in the 1990s. --Pjacobi 16:15, 2005 May 4 (UTC)

Delete. The Breakthrough Propulsion Physics Program is a NASA brainstorming project to come up with really off-the-wall types of engines. Most of the stuff that comes out of it will be impossible, either for engineering reasons, or because the underlying physics were not sufficiently understood.
