Attempts to add a legitimate page to wikipedia have not been successful.

Despite inclusion of valid, legitimate scientific research studies in support of the page, it has been declared a candidate for deletion.

Yes, the page is short, and the intention is that others from the project add to it, but that is not possible when someone keeps deleting it before the team has an opportunity to add their updates to the material.

I believe that the purpose of stub entries is for people to expand upon them, yet the administrators are not allowing sufficient time for the page to be updated. If the deletion action is not being taken by a wikipedia admin but by an private individual, i feel that the actions of this individual constitute harassment.
